Since I was little I have always been passionate about French fries, because they are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and please have a unique flavor. The ones that are eaten at my house are even more exquisite than those at McDonald's or another large fast food chain and I'm not really a fan of it.
We usually buy these fries and fry them at home or I make them myself, but this takes a little more work and takes a little longer. I remember last year when I was at home during the pandemic I learned how to make French fries well, cutting them, then doing the whole process to make them crisp and I did it once a week for everyone in the house (We are 10 people in my family) .
I like them a lot because they are super easy to make and they are delicious in the oven, fried, bought or homemade, we can do it in all possible ways and they are still very tasty They are a super good complement for lunch or as an aperitif, since they are also very tasty to eat without accompaniment and share with friends. Although they taste very good, they are fried in oil, they have a lot of cholesterol and fat, and they are usually eaten seasoned with salt so they also have a lot of sodium.
